(Who we build for)

Health & wellness

Where we began

Coaches, healers, therapists, counsellors, studio owners and the people who hold the room. You trained to do the work, not to answer the phone mid-session or chase an invoice at ten at night. 12 of the 33 client sites we have live are wellness practices, and that is not an accident.

(Why this one)

A practitioner becomes a business owner by accident. Nobody trains for years to sit with someone on their worst day and then chooses to spend the evening rebuilding a booking form. Every hour of admin we take off a wellness practice goes straight back into the room.

(The roster)

Practices we already run this for.

Real businesses, live right now. Open any of them and look around.

(Brand work)

Two of these started as a brand.

Before the site existed there was a mark, a palette and a way of speaking. Here is what that looks like when it is built for this kind of work.

Refined, not redefined.

(What actually leaks)

Six drains, and not one of them is the actual work.

This is the list we walk through on the audit. Most people we talk to are losing time to at least four of them.

  1. 01

    The phone during a session

You are with someone. The phone goes. You either break the session or lose the booking. An agent answers in seconds, books the slot, and you hear about it on the day sheet.

  2. 02

No-shows when it is just you

A gap in a one-person calendar is not a free hour, it is that hour's income and you cannot refill it. Confirmations plus a waitlist that texts the next person turns most of those gaps back into appointments.

  3. 03

    Intake typed twice

Paper form at the door, then the same details keyed into the system after hours. Intake goes digital, lands in the client record already filled in, and the after-hours part disappears.

  4. 04

    Rebooking you have to remember

The six-week follow-up only happens if somebody thinks of it. An agent thinks of it, at the interval you set, in your words.

  5. 05

Reviews you feel rude asking for

Wellness runs on referrals and search. The ask goes out at the one moment a client is most likely to say yes, so you never have to do it face to face.

  6. 06

Five logins to run one practice

Booking here, forms there, payments somewhere else, email in a fourth place. We build the parts you actually use into one platform you own.

(The part nobody else brings up)

Your client records stay yours.

People tell you things in a session they have not told anyone else. So the systems we build run under your accounts, on your domain, with the records in a place you control and can take with you. Nothing a client tells you is ever used to train a model. If you already run a records system your association asks you to use, we integrate with it and leave it exactly where it is.

We are builders, not your compliance advisor. What we will give you is a written map of where every piece of data sits and who can reach it, before anything goes live.

(To be straight about it)

Wellness is the focus, not the limit.

Ask us directly

Because the people in it trained to do the work, not to run a business. Someone spends years learning to hold space for another person, then spends their evenings chasing invoices. That gap is the one most worth closing, and every hour of admin we take off turns back into hours with clients.

It stays in systems you own, under your accounts, and we do not route client records through a third-party tool you have not agreed to. Nothing you hold is used to train a model. If you already run a records system your association asks you to use, we integrate with it and leave it where it is.

Working solo is the most common size we build for. Advanced Aesthetics is one person. The Home Bench is one person. The Real Mystic is one person. The build gets smaller, not different, and the website is complimentary either way, so you see it before any money moves.

No. We build for service businesses generally, and now for product businesses too. Wellness is where we go deepest, because it is where we have the most reps and the patterns are worked out before we start.

Twenty minutes, and you keep the plan

We map where your practice is losing hours and what it takes to close them. The website is complimentary either way, and you keep it whether or not you carry on with us.
