Farms and makers. 4 of the 33 client sites we have live sell a physical product, and every one of them runs on ordering we built rather than rented. One of them sold out its year on organic traffic alone.

Who is already selling on this.

Farm direct
High ticket, seasonal stock, and a pickup to coordinate. Both of these run on ordering systems we built rather than rented.
Consumer goods
Lower ticket and repeat purchase, so the work goes into the storefront, the reorder prompt and being found in search.

We rebuilt their digital presence on the Growth plan: a high-converting site with a custom savings calculator, automated ordering wired to their CRM, AI automation for invoices and confirmations, a member portal, and local SEO. All traffic is organic, zero paid ads.
(Under the Farmer Del site)
We built them their own ordering system.
A storefront takes the money. This is everything that has to happen after it, and it is the part that let one farm run at sold-out volume without hiring anyone.
Ordering built in house, not rented
A quarter, a half or a whole animal, with the cut sheet and the deposit handled in the same flow. It runs on their own system, so there is no per-order fee and no platform that can change its terms on them.
Automated email and SMS on every order
Confirmation the moment an order lands, then updates as it moves through processing, so nobody has to phone the farm to ask where their beef is.
Pickup reminders that actually get read
When an order is ready, the customer gets a text. Freezer space is the real constraint on a farm, and a text moves a pickup days earlier than an email does.
The invoicing and follow-up behind it
Invoices generate from the order, confirmations send themselves, and repeat customers get a nudge at the interval that matches how long a freezer of beef actually lasts.
Happy Patch Family Farm runs the same idea for CSA boxes, and Lucano Wellness sells through a Shopify integration we wired in. None of it is rented software. It runs under their accounts, on their domain, and it is theirs to keep. Why we build instead of integrate →
(What changes)
Six things a product build has to solve that a service build does not.
The page has to close the sale
A service business can recover a weak page with a good phone call. You cannot. Whatever the page fails to answer becomes an abandoned cart, so the build spends its effort on the questions that stop a purchase.
Price needs a frame
Nobody buys a quarter of a beef on impulse. Farmer Del sells at $2,500 and up, so we built a calculator that puts that number against a year of grocery prices. Expensive stops being the point once the comparison is on screen.
Stock is a real constraint
A booked-out therapist reopens next week. A sold-out product is sold out. Ordering has to know what is left, and the site has to say so honestly rather than take money you cannot fill.
The second order is the business
Service work has natural rebooking. Product does not, unless something goes and asks. Repeat purchase runs on follow-up that fires on your actual reorder interval.
Search intent is different
People search a service by place, and a product by the thing itself. That changes the whole keyword shape. Farmer Del ranks for pasture-raised beef Alberta, and 1,200 organic visitors in 90 days came from that, on zero ad spend.
Fulfilment is where the admin hides
Invoices, confirmations, pickup windows and the follow-up after delivery. That is the pile we automate, and it is usually bigger than the storefront work itself.
(Where we actually are)
Product is the smaller half of our book and we are not going to dress it up. What transfers from everything else is the part that matters: the brand work, the ordering flow, the automation and the organic search that took a farm from two orders a month to sold out.
(The offer, unchanged)
You still see it before you pay for it.
The website is complimentary and the audit is complimentary, the same as everywhere else. We build it, you look at the real thing against what you have now, and money moves after that or not at all.
The 90-Day ROI Lock covers the monthly plan. If the time saved and the software replaced have not paid it back within 90 days of launch, we keep working free until they do. How the lock works →
See what your storefront is leaking
Twenty minutes tells us whether you need a better price frame, a real ordering flow, or just the fulfilment admin taken off your plate. You keep the plan and the website either way.
