(Who we build for)
Startups
In this order
Most founders come to us with an idea, a domain and no runway to waste. So we do it in order: decide who you are, get something real in front of people inside 48 hours, then build the machine underneath it.
(The whole build)
- 01Brand guide14 to 30 days
- 02The website24 to 48 hours
- 03The system14 to 30 days
(The problem)
The stack is eating your runway. Eleven subscriptions before you have eleven customers, a logo somebody made in an afternoon, and a founder doing the follow-up at eleven at night because there is nobody else to do it.
(The walkthrough)
Three phases, in this order.
Two of them cost you nothing to see. Here is exactly what happens in each, what you walk away with, and what it costs.
Decide who you are before you build anything
Everywhere else on this site we say brand work only happens if the audit calls for it. Startups are the exception, and the reason is simple: you do not have a brand yet. Every page, every agent and every email we build after this reads from what gets decided here, so getting it wrong once means getting it wrong everywhere.
What you get
- Several logo concepts drawn for you, then the one you pick refined
- A few colour palettes built around your industry and your buyer
- Type rules, so the deck, the site and the invoice match
- Your positioning: who you are for, who you are not for, and why they pick you
- An AI voice playbook, so anything AI writes for you sounds like you
At the end of this you can
Walk into an investor meeting, a trade show or a hiring conversation looking like a company rather than an idea.
Essentials $1,488 or Signature $2,888, one time. Separate from any subscription.
A real site, live in 24 to 48 hours
Not a mockup and not a template. A real website for your business, built and live, before any money changes hands. You keep it whether you go further with us or not. For a startup this is usually the first public thing that exists, which is why we do not make you wait for it.
What you get
- Built and live in 24 to 48 hours
- Wearing the brand from phase one, if you did phase one
- Lead capture wired in, not a form that emails nowhere
- Yours to keep, on your own accounts, either way
- Complimentary. There is no invoice attached to this phase.
At the end of this you can
Send a link instead of explaining. Start collecting real enquiries while the rest of the build is still going.
Complimentary. You pay nothing to see it and nothing to keep it.
The part that runs without you
The website gets you found. The system is what happens after. This is the funnel, the back end, the dashboard and the agents, built for how you actually work rather than how a SaaS company assumed you would. It is also the only phase with a monthly cost, and the only one carrying the 90-day guarantee.
What you get
- The funnel: capture, qualify, route and follow up
- The back end: CRM, booking, invoicing, portals, whatever the business needs
- AI agents on your data and in your voice, running while you sleep
- A dashboard showing what is working and what it saved
- One platform you own outright, instead of eleven subscriptions you rent
At the end of this you can
Stop being the follow-up, the reminder, and the person answering the same question nine times a day.
$788, $1,488 or $2,888 a month. Growth and Scale carry the 90-Day ROI Lock. Starter carries a growing-traffic guarantee instead, not a revenue promise.
(What you keep)
No lock-in. No rebuild at Series A.
- You own the platform and the dataNo lock-in and no per-seat bleed as you grow. If you leave, it leaves with you: the brand files, the site, the code, the data, the agents.
- No rebuild at Series AOwning the platform from day one keeps you out of the rebuild trap later. The thing that got you your first hundred customers does not have to be thrown away to get the next thousand.
- Senior work without a senior hireSenior AI capability you bring on without a full-time hire, for a fraction of what one costs you before they have shipped anything.
- We start before you payThe audit is complimentary and so is the website. Two of the three phases cost you nothing to see, which is deliberate. Runway is the one thing you cannot get back.

It is the normal case here, and it is why phase one exists. If you have a logo you like, we build around it and skip most of that phase. If you have nothing, we start there, because everything built afterwards reads from those decisions.
Yes, and plenty of founders do. You get a clean, tasteful look and we still ship in 48 hours. The trade is that the brand decisions end up made implicitly by whoever is building, and redoing them later means redoing everything downstream too.
An agency rents you the result and bills for changes. A fractional hire is one person's time. We build the thing, hand you the keys, and charge a flat monthly fee for running and improving it. You own the output of all three phases.
Then you bring it in house. It is your code, your data and your accounts already, and we build alongside your team so somebody there can run it. We would rather be the reason you got to that round than a dependency you have to unpick after it.
(The guarantee)
If the hours we automate, the software we replace, and the sales tracked through the system we build have not paid back your plan within 90 days of launch, we keep working free until they do.
It covers phase three, the only phase you pay monthly for, on Growth and Scale. Starter carries a guarantee of growing organic traffic through the SEO Growth Suite instead, not revenue, and with no fixed date, because SEO is a long-term strategy. How the lock works →
Start at phase one
Twenty minutes tells us whether you start with the brand or go straight to the site. Either way you see real work for your business inside 48 hours, and you keep it.
