These terms govern your use of the POM AI website and services provided by Peace of Mind AI ("POM AI", "we", "us"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

POM AI provides brand development, website and platform builds, AI automation, and related services under the plans described on our pricing page. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are set out in your individual engagement.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and carry a minimum term: four months on Starter, five on Growth, six on Scale. After the minimum term they continue monthly until cancelled. One-time deliverables such as brand guides are billed as agreed in your engagement. Pricing is as published on our pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The 90-Day ROI Lock

Our 90-Day ROI Lock applies to the Growth and Scale subscriptions as described on the ROI Lock page. Starter instead carries a guarantee of organic growth, with no fixed timeline. Neither applies to one-off projects or brand guides.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the platform and assets we build for you, as set out in your engagement. We may display a small attribution credit where agreed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
