Peace of Mind AI ("POM AI") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide, such as name, business name, email, and phone number.
  • Answers you share with Zaha, our assistant, and in the Roadmap questions, to prepare your Peace of Mind Roadmap.
  • Basic usage data from our website to improve performance and content.
  • Analytics and advertising data, described under Cookies, analytics and advertising below.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiries, prepare your free Roadmap, deliver our services, and improve our site. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent

By submitting information through our site or to Oracle, you consent to its use for the purposes described here. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use a few tools to see how people find and use our site, and to measure our ads:

  • Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics count visits, the pages viewed, and actions such as sending a form.
  • The Meta Pixel, on our public pages, tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits the site, sends a form or books a call, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may connect this with its own cookies and your Meta account.
  • Google Ads tags, on our ORBIT Cards ad page, do the same for our Google ads.

When you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad's campaign tags and click ID with any form or request you send, so we know which ad brought you. We don't send your name, email or phone number to Meta or Google.

To opt out, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, change your ad settings with Meta and Google, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Storage and security

We store information with reputable service providers and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email hello@pomai.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Browser extensions

If you use our Cortex browser extension, its data practices are described in the Cortex Browser Extension Privacy Policy.
