(The work)

Apps we built

Built, not bought

Software rather than websites. Two of these are ours: we built them for our own sales floor, use them daily, and opened them up so other people can too. The third belongs to a non-profit committee and runs their entire fair. If we are going to tell you to own your tools instead of renting them, we should be doing it ourselves first.

(Open them)

All three, live.

Software we own

Built for our own sales floor first, then opened up so other people can use them too.

Built for a client

Their idea, their operation, their software. We built it and they own it.

(What they do)

What each one is for.

ProspectRadius

LiveOurs

Finds the businesses in your service area that are already spending money on ads.

Who it is for

Solo reps and small sales teams selling to local businesses, the mom-and-pop shops nobody has a list for.

What it does

  • Draw a radius around where you actually sell, not a whole province
  • Detects which businesses are running Google and Meta ads right now
  • An ad spend signal means they have budget and are already trying to grow
  • Exports a list you can work the same day
Open ProspectRadius

StageRadar

In developmentOurs

Ranks the stages most likely to grow your business, then applies to them for you.

Who it is for

Speakers, coaches and founders who want the room, and have no idea which rooms are worth the effort.

What it does

  • Ranks stages against your niche and the audience you actually want
  • Explains why each one made the list, so the ranking is arguable
  • Sends the applications automatically instead of you chasing forms
  • Still being built. The ranking works, the full application loop does not yet

Smoky Lake Pumpkin Fair

LiveClient owns it

Runs an entire volunteer-led country fair, from orientation to the gate.

Who it is for

A non-profit committee running a fair that used to live in spreadsheets, group chats and one person's head.

What it does

  • Volunteer intake, orientation and vetting in one flow
  • Scheduling for the whole team across the entire event
  • Ticket sales, with QR codes scanned at the gate
  • An interactive 3D map of the grounds so nobody arrives lost
Open Smoky Lake Pumpkin Fair

(The one we built for a client)

A whole fair, running on software instead of spreadsheets.

The Smoky Lake Pumpkin Fair is volunteer-led, once a year, and every year it used to start from nothing. This is what we replaced.

  1. 01

    Volunteers, from sign-up to vetted

Intake, orientation and vetting run in one flow, so a committee member is not phoning people to explain the same thing forty times.

  2. 02

    The whole team, scheduled

Every role across the entire event on one schedule the committee can see, instead of a paper list that lives in somebody's truck.

  3. 03

Tickets and QR at the gate

Sales online, codes scanned on arrival. No cash box reconciliation at midnight and no arguing about who already paid.

  4. 04

    An interactive 3D map

The grounds, laid out and explorable before anyone leaves the house. Nobody wanders a field looking for the pancake breakfast.

It belongs to the foundation, under their accounts, and it will still be theirs when the committee turns over. More on how we build for non-profits →

(Why we build our own)

Every tool on this page started as something somebody needed and could not buy at a price that made sense. That is the same reason a client ends up owning their stack instead of renting it, and it is why we know the argument holds. We have run it on ourselves.

(Where these are at)

Two are finished. One is not.

ProspectRadius is live and we use it every week. The Pumpkin Fair app is live and ran a real event. StageRadar is still being built: the ranking works, the automated applications do not yet. We would rather say that here than let you find out after signing up for something.

If you want something like this built for your business, that is the actual offer. How owning the stack works →

Want one of your own

Most of what we build starts exactly like this: a tool somebody needed and could not buy. Twenty minutes tells us whether yours is worth building.
