Who we are

POM AI (legal name Peace of Mind AI Inc.) is an AI studio that builds the systems behind your business. We're based in Edmonton and St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. Contact: hello@pomai.ca or (587) 805-1028.

What we do

We design the brand, build the website and the platform behind it (CRM, booking, automations, analytics, custom apps), and deploy AI agents that handle booking, follow-up, reviews, content, and lead qualification. Zaha is the assistant owners meet, POM OS is the system behind her, and a company of people runs it with her. Everything we build is owned by the client, not rented.

Who we work with

Established, owner-run businesses where the owner is in the business every day. Most of the work is in health and wellness: therapists, coaches, med spas and the people behind health products. We also build for service businesses, such as trades, photographers and recruiters, and for product businesses such as farms and makers.

How it works

  1. The Peace of Mind Roadmap, free: what the business pays for in software, the hours it costs, and what a system would replace. The owner keeps the written plan.
  2. Proposal and agreement: the owner approves a proposal, chooses a plan and signs. Plans carry a short minimum term, 4 months on Starter, 5 on Growth, 6 on Scale, and continue monthly after it until cancelled.
  3. First invoice: the first month plus the website, charged once. Nothing is built until it is paid. The site is then built in under 48 hours and live in 7 days.
  4. Systems, 14 to 30 days: we build and test the full system and the right AI agents.
  5. The 90-Day ROI Lock, on Growth and Scale only: If the hours we automate, the software we replace, and the sales tracked through the system we build have not paid back your plan within 90 days of launch, we keep working free until they do. A sale counts when it runs through the system we build, so the number is provable. Sales that never touch the system do not count.

  • We say what we mean. If we think something's the right move, we'll tell you why, in plain words. If we think it isn't, we'll tell you that too. The decision is always yours.
  • You'll hear from us first. We keep you updated before you need to ask, and we tell you early if anything changes.
