Who we are

POM AI (legal name Peace of Mind AI) builds websites, AI systems and brands for small business, based in Edmonton and St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. We build the brand, the website, the owned back-end platform, and the AI agents that run a small business, and the client owns all of it. Contact: ai@pomai.ca.

What we do

We design the brand, build a custom AI website and platform (CRM, booking, automations, analytics, custom apps), and deploy AI agents (digital employees) that handle booking, follow-up, reviews, content, and lead qualification. We replace the disconnected software stack a business pays for, roughly $500 to $2,000 a month, plus the 10 to 20 hours a week spent running it. Everything is owned by the client, not rented.

Who we serve

Small businesses and solo operators, about 1 to 5 people, doing roughly $100K to $500K a year, who are great at their craft but drowning in software and admin. Our primary focus is health and wellness practices. We also serve service businesses (trades, agencies, local operators) and startups.

How it works

  1. Complimentary website: a real website, a market-research report, and a custom AI roadmap in 24 to 48 hours, at no cost, before any commitment.
  2. Approve and subscribe: a monthly plan with a short minimum term, 4 months on Starter, 5 on Growth, 6 on Scale, and no large upfront build fee. After the minimum term it continues monthly until cancelled.
  3. Activation Sprint, 14 to 30 days: we build and test the full system and the right AI agents.
  4. 90-Day ROI Lock: the hours we automate off your plate, valued at your hourly rate, the software we replace, and the sales tracked through the system we build. If those three have not paid back the plan within 90 days of launch, we keep working at no extra cost until they do.
