You outgrew the rules that built your success.

The brief

Stacey coaches leaders who look fine from the outside. Good title, good numbers, and a quiet question underneath it all: is this it?

You cannot sell that with volume. Loud would have made her sound like every other coach with a course. So the whole identity runs quiet. An editorial serif, one gold, and enough space around the words that they land.

Five directions went to her. She picked the monogram. Then we built the podcast identity off the same system so Xposed Living reads as hers without repeating the wordmark.

Who it talks to

  • The successful one who is not sure it countsTitle, income, respect. And a quiet question underneath: is this it?
  • The leader who outgrew the rulesThe behaviours that built the career are now the ceiling on it.
  • The one who cannot say it out loudSaying it at work looks like weakness. Saying it at home looks like ingratitude.

Most coaching sells transformation. Stacey sells perspective. The premise is that the life may not need to change at all, only the view of it, which is a far harder and far more honest thing to promise.

Logo concepts

Every brand gets more than one direction. You pick.

  1. 01Stacked editorial serifFashion-house elegance with leadership weight.
  2. 02Gold brushstroke SVMovement and raw energy, still structured.
  3. 03Geometric SV monogramThe one she chose. Clean, boardroom-ready.
  4. 04Architectural SVA heart hidden in the letterforms.
  5. 05Ornate flourished SVThe most personality of the five.

Visual direction

  • Fraunces sets every headline. An editorial serif, because the writing is the product.
  • Figtree underneath, so the body never competes with the display.
  • Jost for buttons and eyebrows only, always uppercase and widely tracked.
  • One gold. #B8924A, and there is no second gold anywhere in the system.
  • Near-black ground and generous space. Restraint is the brand's actual argument.
  • The SV monogram and the podcast mark come from one system, so Xposed Living reads as hers without repeating the wordmark.

Verbal direction

  • Direct
  • Perceptive
  • Calm
  • Never soft-focus

Always

  • Ask the question rather than announce the answer
  • Name the tension the reader has not said out loud
  • Use plain language for hard ideas
  • Speak to one person, never to an audience

Never

  • Never use breakdown and breakthrough. Both are retired.
  • Never promise transformation, growth or levelling up
  • Never use the old lines: Lead from the Edge, Raise Your Results
  • No hustle language, no urgency, no countdowns

AI voice playbook

Her voice rules and personas run the content engine. Posts get drafted in her language and she edits instead of writing from nothing.

  1. 01The hook is always a question the reader is already asking themselves.
  2. 02Anchor line: you outgrew the rules that built your success.
  3. 03One idea per piece. Depth over coverage.
  4. 04Write to a persona from the guide, never to everyone.
  5. 05Serif headline, sans body. Never invert it.
  6. 06If the draft sounds encouraging rather than clarifying, it is wrong.

What we built

  • Five logo concepts, then the SV monogram she chose
  • A second mark for the podcast, built off the same system
  • One gold, locked, so nothing drifts
  • Her audience, written down: who they are, what they are actually afraid of
  • The website the brand lives on

And the words

  • The hook: Is this it?
  • Verbal identity, personas, and the program language
  • Social templates so posting does not need a copywriter
