From 1-2 orders a month to completely sold out
Farmer Del had one of the best products in the regenerative beef space — pasture-raised, no antibiotics, no hormones, zero compromise. But the buying experience didn't match. The old site couldn't communicate the quality, didn't surface pricing clearly, and ordering required a back-and-forth on email or phone. They were getting 1-2 orders a month from a niche product that was genuinely worth multiples of that.
We started with the brand. The site needed to look as serious as the product. From there we built a custom savings calculator so visitors could see exactly what a quarter, half, or whole beef would cost compared to grocery prices over a year. Ordering moved from email to a real flow wired into a CRM. AI handled invoice generation, order confirmations, and follow-up. Local SEO took them from invisible to first-page for terms like 'pasture-raised beef Alberta.'

Canapure Water
Zero online sales to full e-commerce in 7 days
Canapure makes a serious filtration product but lived on a dated Wix site with no path to purchase online. Customers had to call. Email was set up in a way that looked unprofessional. Analytics were nonexistent. The product was premium; the digital storefront made it look like a side hustle.
